The concept for an environmentally-forward, attractive, and efficient new planned community brought together eco-friendly designers, landscapers, and builders, who have made Groves Park Commons the showcase for sustainable best practices. Designed by Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, the master plan won the first “Outstanding Planning Award for a Green Development” from the Tennessee American Planning Association.
